New series announcment!

Hello fellow SU fans! It's been a long time since I posted anything here- I've been caught up in all kinds of things, fron work to Anime North to my fanfiction hobby!

However, I have some good news! Fukushima Teppei has a new serlization at last!! It's titled Amaryllis and began its run in the newly revived Miracle Jump magazine this month!

 

You can see from the pictures above that it has a rather cute and fluffy appearance, but Miracle Jump also features series such as Brynhildr in the Darkness (from the author of Elfin Lied fame) and Tiger and Bunny, and they're nothing to shrug at. Will there be more than meets the eye with this series as well? It's Teppei we're talking about, I have no doubt!!

I've ordered the new issue, so I'll get to see what it's all about soon enough. I'll do my best to get the first chapter out quickly so we can all decide whether I'll have to pick this series up or not! (It's going to hurt my wallet some- I might end up waiting for the volumes lol)

Update

Hey all! I just wanted to give you a little update and let you know that I've been a little busy with work lately, so that's why there hasn't been any new releases in a while! I'm so sorry for making everyone wait!!

I have started on chapter 57 of Samurai Usagi (after which I'll have to finish scanning the rest vol 7) as well as Teppei's one-shot that I recently got my hands on, but you'll have to wait a little bit longer for both of these! I'm at a critical point with my animation projects, so I really have no time to spare! (I am not doing another all-nighter if I can help it TT.TT!!!)

And so, that's about it! Thanks to everyone for being so patient =D

Another update!

Holy macaroni guys! I completely forgot to do yesterday's update post! I was just so buuuussssyyyy, what with my sister's birthday celebration/updating my portfolio and all! I did manage to polish up my resume today... buuut that's not what you came here to read about!!

So good news everyone! Our other translator Rilen got back to me on Friday and let me know that he would start working on the translation for chapter 25 of Samurai Usagi Saturday/Sunday (so yesterday and the day before that...), and would do what he could during the week as well! That means you can probably expect a new chapter fairly soon. Me and our typesetter will be laughing it up at the Anime North convention this weekend though, so don't be expecting anything quite that soon. I'm hoping for a release sometime next week!

New Chapter Coming Soon!

Hello all! As many may have noticed, its been about a month since chapter ninteen of Samurai Usagi was posted...so where's chapter twenty!? Well, we're working on it, but there's been some trouble...mainly because the team is very busy with real life matters! School, work, illnesses...some of us are so busy that we can't even check our e-mails regularly, so communication between all of us is also going slowly! Its crazy I tell you!!

But the main point of this post is not to make excuses, but to let everyone know that chapter twenty of Samurai Usagi (and subsequent chapters) is on the way! If all goes well, people should expect to see an update on Monday, or at the very least sometime next week! Look forward to it!
